I Have Cramps Before I Poop And Chills

I am 15 years old (female) recently i have had sex with my boyfriend, and i am beginning to get really bad cramps, chills, and having to poop. We did use a condom, but it broke, he did not ejaculate inside of me at all, and i was still on my period.. Is there anyway i could be pregnant, i took a test and it came up negative but im wondering if there is still a chance. let me know thx
