I have developed a rash on the head of my penis. It started about 5-6 months ago and just looked like a different color than the rest of the skin. at the time it did not hurt, no discharge, no difficulty urinating. Just a color change. Over time the redness had gotten worse then better then worse. About a month ago the area started to get hypersensitive. but no pain. about a week ago I started to get a sharp pain occasionally but it wouldn't last. It has not affected intercourse. I am married and have only ever been with her. I was diagnosed in April with Crohn's disease, that has caused a re-occuring fistula. In the last two weeks I have had on and off pain in the right ball of my foot. My question is what course of action should be taken for the rash? Who should I see? GP, urologist? I am unsure who I should see and frankly its a little embarrassing
