I Have Developed Fairly Large Lumps On The Upper Part

I have developed fairly large lumps on the upper part of my body i.e. back of kneck and between the upper shoulders and base of kneck (both left and right). They seem to be intertwined with the muscles as when I push on them there is muscle pain in seems. The lump on the left seems to have spread down my shoulder blade with a fairly large one at the top of the shoulder blade (has spider veins showing in it). These are causing me discomfort and headaches. In the beginning when I first noticed the lump was on the right side between the lower kneck and upper shoulder area just above the caller bone. I have gained a lot of weight over the years but the first sighting was before I gained most of this weight. Do you have any idea what this could be? What type of specialist would you recommend I see? Can they be surgically removed? I thought maybe my adrenal glands are plugged up and not working properly. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Joan
