I have developed ulcers in my stomach and my Dr took me off naproxen 500mg that was for back pain sciatic nerve with bulging discs. I have lupus and is on hydroxychloroquine 200mg & methotrexate 2.5mg. I have oxycodone 5-325 and hydro codone 5-325 that was given to me for pain but I get constipation with Ana fissure and hemoroids. My question is what's the difference between the hydro codone and the oxycodone and can I take one or the other with these other meds. I am taking for lupus?
