I Have Diabetes For A Year. I Also Have Neuropathy

I have diabetes for a year. I also have neuropathy in my feet from chemo. I have a job that I only work 6 hours per day but it seems that it has made the neuropathy worse. My feet hurt so bad that I could cry. I take aleve and tramadol for pain but it seems to not help all the sudden. When I am off work I keep my feet propped up and they don't hurt as much. Is there something I can do at home to help them? Some way to stimulate circulation maybe? Walking isn't helping. seems to make it worse.
Thanks
Also my feet swell. Could that be causing the pain instead of the neuropathy?
