I Have Diabetes, Have Had Several Stomach Surgeries With A

I have diabetes, have had several stomach surgeries with a third of my stomach removed, my gall bladder removed and part of my pancreas. Ever since my surgeries, I have been unable to gain back any weight (from about 125 and now about 100). I do eat three meals a day plus snacks. I think I have a dumping syndrome. I have since been diagnosed with COPD although I have never smoked. But my main concern now is that my legs are swollen and very painful. My diabetes doctor has prescribed a water pill which helped somewhat at first. I have Doppler tests done on both legs for arteries and veins and there were no blockages. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you.
