I Have Diabetes, Type Ll, I Was Diagnosed About A

I have diabetes, type ll, I was diagnosed about a year ago. In the past week or so I have had problems keeping my blood sugar above 100. When I get close to 100 I experience weakness, shaking, I have a hard time holding on to things (like I don't have control over my hands). I have had the symptom with my hands for several years; mostly when I am exhausted and when first waking up. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea but I don't know if that is effecting my blood sugar. I also have been taking several medications for nerve pain; gabapintin and cymbalta. I have also been diagnosed with fibermyalsia. I am a cancer survivor; I had a lumpectomy in Nov. 2011. Last week I fell at work; slipped on a spill in the floor. I am being treated for back pain (lumbar; damage to L4-L5) and sciatica in my left leg (had a rhysotomy in March). When I fell I could not tell about the pain because of my medications. I was concerned about my left arm because I have lymphadema. I must have used my arm to try to lessen the fall. I had a slight pain for about an hour but it went away. The next morning I had pain all over which I assumed was from tensing up when I fell. It seemed like every muscle in my body hurt. It was mostly gone the following day; but my back was hurting, I guess it is in the joint where my leg connects to the hip. My employer sent me to Care Now to be checked out. They did X-rays, took my statements, and gave me a shot of something with "dol" on the end but not tramadol. He said it was an anti-inflamatory. He also X-rayed my hip to make sure I didn't have damage there. The X-rays seem to only indicate sprain/bruise type injury. I don't understand why my sugar is crashing. Do you have any ideas or suggestions for this? Do I need to go to the hospital? Should I just wait and see my PCP tomorrow? I have tried to cover all issues to my best ability. Yes, I have a lot!!! Oh, I left off the allergy issues. I take allergy shots each week; but still have allergy issues including vertigo, rhinitus, sinusitus, and some upper respritory infections. I am currently taking Cefdinir 300mg 2x daily for an infection in my Rt. big toe and a small surgery for ingrown toe nail; I was taking this medication a week before for a sinus infection. There, I think that's it...what do you think?
