I have diagnosed sleep apnea and have a CPAP but I continually wake up during the night and sometimes I have a hard time getting to sleep at night. I also get unexpectedly tired sometimes late in the afternoon and am able to fall asleep fast and then have a hard time getting up. I tend to sleep from 11 to 6 so I am in bed and sleeping about 7 hours a night but I wake up about 6+ times a night that I remember.
