I have dizzineness and trying to find out the root cause. I have blood pressure that fluctuates but stays around 135/70t. I have chronic tinittus and where hearing aids with zen tones to help. I am taking zanez I mg at night and klonipin 1mg about 4pm. I get nausea after going to bathroom but It subsides later
