I Have Dry Eyes And Have Been Using 1 Drop

I have dry eyes and have been using 1 drop in each eye twice a day for appx 6 weeks, My eyelids do not stick to my eyes at night now but my eyes are still uncomfortagle and can't see well with or without my glasses. Should I continue with the eye drops, they are really expensive?
