I Have Epigastric Pain That Comes In Waves. When I

I have epigastric pain that comes in waves. When I have it, I also feel a little nauseated. No vomiting. No diarrhea. I took Tagamet with no relief. I've taken Prilosec with no relief. I've taken Pepto Bismol with no relief. I get sweaty when the pain is there but then I have chills. No fever. Position change helps some. It started as periumbilical pain that moves to the epigastric area and increases in intensity in the epigastric area.
