I have experienced "shaking" of an involuntary nature in my right leg and somewhat hand over the past year or so. During that time, I have been under a great deal of stress due to my father's ill health and death in July. I am not coping well and know there has to be a stress component, but I worry about Parkinson's, etc. because of my age (now 71). What to do? By the way, If I relax I can control the "shaking" somewhat.
