I have experienced these symptoms :
Tingling sensation and pickling in my fingers, pain in shoulder area, radiating pain from my shoulder to the elbow and I feel numbness, spasms down to my fingers. The initial diagnosis after X-ray was a tear in my shoulder but I have not engaged in any strenuous activities. Any possibilty that the cause of my pain originates from the neck? I have endured excruciating pain. Thanking you in advance
