I have extreme bloating/distension in upper abdomen, pain in diaphragm/rib area, nausea and vomiting and diahrrea with a fair amount of blood. After lots of bathroom visits and a couple hours of rest it usually subsides. I feel like a have a very bad flu for a few hours, feeling hot and then cold. The pain in diaphragm and rib area is quite bad. I have taken ibuprofen maybe four times this past week.
