I Have Fatty Deposits In My Semen Report, What Does It Mean ?

I recently had a semen analysis . The doctor reported low motility and an amout of "fatty deposits" found in the sample. He prescribed a 10 day antibiotic. What is the likely cause of this problem? FYI - I had analysis done 60 days ago that did not show this problem. Please advise.

Thanks for the query

Looks like u have a an infection for which antibiotics have been given. Low motility is an intrinsic problem, u should have typed out the full report saying how much precentage of your semen is showing low motility.
Anyhow stop smking, eat healthy, and get a lipid profile done as well.
