I Have Foot Pain. Both Feet But Not At The

I have foot pain. both feet but not at the same time. Pain on the ball of my right foot between my 3rd & 4th toe. Sometimes it feels like I have a lima bean under the ball of my foot at that same location. I also get pain on the side of my feet. It comes on during the evening and begins to throb. It will be inflamed for two days and goes away with Ibprofin. Two weeks ago I developed a pain in the middle of the night that throbbed to the point that it woke me up. The next day it was swollen and red on the top of my foot, just below my second toe. It hurt to flex my foot. I have a history of gout in both great toes which I can identify and recognize. Any ideas on the pain on the sides of my feet? It's at about the mid point of my foot and extends over the top of my foot. Very strange. Thank you.
