I Have Gastroparenthesis And Hiatal Hernia. During Out-patient Back Surgery,

I have gastroparenthesis and hiatal hernia. During out-patient back surgery, I have to lie on my stomach. I have vomited twice after being given the anesthesia and reglan causing them to stop the radio frequency. Is there something I can do to stop this problem? They said they may have to intubate me from now on. What is that and how will it help?
