I have generalized anxiety disord., PTSD, and severe recurrent treatment resistant depression. I take klonopin for anxiety. I am in a wheel chair so running and hiking to help is no longer possible. I recently had a spinal cord stimulator implanted and thank god I am off of Fentanyl patchs and the Oxy I had taken for years. Still see a NP psychiatrist and a therapist. I use a variety of techniques I have used over the, they aren't effective . I am a 62 year-old female. Please reply or ask more questions. Anyone has a suggestion(s) I want a regular life of as close as I can, again.
