I Have Got 2 External Hemorrhoids That Have Shrunk Somehow

I have got 2 external hemorrhoids that have shrunk somehow but refuse to go though it has been 5 months since they have come out. There is no pain, no blood. I just wish they would completely disappear. What can I do about them? Would laser make them go with no pain in anal area?
