I have got a three year old kid with 13 kg weight last to last night she had developed a mild fever(99.2 f) with continuous vomiting(only watery flew) and was complaining of stomach pain next day morning I took her to the doctor and she suggested me to give her vomikind syrup to avoid vomiting and also suggested 8ml crocin all day the fever ranged 99-100 f but however vomiting was controlled and later she was able to intake solids without the help of vomikind syrup. Later in the evening yesterday I found her having 102 f called the doc she suggested me to give meftal p 6 hr once. It was given accordingly and the fever was controlled and was ranging between 99-100 f the next time I gave her crocin by which she was in sweating and her body temperature was normal I have the next dosage after 4 hours and didn't find any increase in the temperature around 6.30 I took her out and reached home bk at 8.30 later my daughter slept so I didn't give her crocin now around one clock in the night I see her body temperature has raised to 37.9 c I have her crocin what should I do know is it something serious. My child is eating and active through the day and also peeing properly looking ahead for help soon thank you
