I Have Had 2 Back Surgeries, And An Neck Surgery.

I have had 2 back surgeries, and an neck surgery. The past 3 day's both have been very painful! It's getting unberable. I loss bowel control 2 times in those 3 day's, and didn't know it was going to happen. I'm in constant pain, and It's very painful. Past surgeries : L5 S1 fusion, with titanium plate. C5, C6 disc replaces disc, titanium plate, and screws. Right leg pain.(constant) what should I do
