I Have Had Cronic Dull Pain In The Right Side

I have had Cronic dull pain in the right side of my neck for two years. My doctor sent me for X-rays and an MRI but can find nothing. I get some relief with meloxicam but cannot take that every day for long term.
Also I suffer depression and cannot take pain killers (opaites ) because they worsen my depression.
Three years ago I fainted at night coming back from the bathroom and hit my jaw on my night stand. I think
That might have been the originial mechanism for my pain. Do you have any suggestions?
