I Have Had Hashimotos For About 12 Years. My Blood

I have had Hashimotos for about 12 years. My blood tests show that I have been overmedicated on thyroxine for at least 3 years. TSH 0.01. I had a lot of the symptoms of overmedication but I did not lose any weight.ended up becoming so sick that I thought I was going to actually die. My thyroxine has been reduced and my TSH is now 1.0. I am now feeling the cold terribly, my stomach is very, very distended, especially the top of my abdomen. I can't breathe and I am getting palpitations. I have also been found to be very low in Vit D. I have started taking Vit D 3000 mcg a day with 1000 of Magnesium. The Vit D is giving me very bad headaches for some reason? I believe I have something else going on with my endocrine system but the blood test so far do not reveal anything. I don't know what to do now. I have just started seeing an Endo for the first time in about 5 years and I have researched hypo and hyper thyroidism, but can't seem to find an answer to why I feel so very unwell and why my upper abdomen is now huge?
