I Have Had PVC's For About Two Years. I Waited

I have had PVC's for about two years. I waited about 6 months after feeling the first one to go to the doctor. I ended up in the ER with rapid heart beat with what felt like missed beats. I was referred to a cardiologist where with the proper testing, (ekg, stress test and echo) they diagnosed me with benign pvc's. I tried a diet change, cut back on my caffeine, but still wound up taking metoprolol. I did great with this drug for a little over a year. A couple of months ago I lost about 15 pounds and also completely cut out my caffeine. I have since cut the daily dose of 50 mg to 1/2 ( 25mg) in the morning. We cut the dose down because my heart rate would go down to the mid 50's sometimes. I now am having PVC's off and on all day. Can you help me. They are driving me crazy. I have developed anxiety and depression. I am a female and I am 49 years Old. I weigh 205 and I am 5"8" tall. I have heard that supplements may help, but I am scared to try while taking the metoprolol. I also have a lot of belching and indigestion, and that is when I have the most pvcs.
