I Have Had TURP & Bladder Neck Incisions Carried Out

I have had TURP & bladder neck incisions carried out due to infections caused by urinary retention. Infections gone but still suffer constant pain in perineum. I have low grade localised prostate cancer ( Gleason 6 ) & am in active surveillance. Do you think I have prostatic is ? If so what are treatment options ?
