I Have Had UTI Like Symptoms Almost All Day, And

I have had UTI like symptoms almost all day, and I had the same symptoms on Tuesday. But none on Wednesday. I just went to the bathroom and on the tissue after wiping I noticed a red stringy like substance..and Im not bleeding or anything, I just want to know what it is and why this is happening. Thanks in advance.
