I Have Had A Bad UTI For About A Month..I

I have had a bad UTI for about a month..I was given antibiotics for 10 days..finished that and still had blood and infection in urine..my doc then gave me a 10 supply of Cipro..I have finished that and I still have same symptoms..pressure, stinging pain, frequent urination, dark & cloudy urine..what should I do?
