I have had a challenge with gas for some time. I am not constipated. I eat one romaine salad with fresh fruits or veggies every day. Have done this for many years. All of a sudden, I cannot enjoy food for wondering when the gas will attack again. I have a smoothie with fresh fruits and Almond milk every day for breakfast. I take a probiotic blend every morning. Please tell me if I need to make changes in my food schedule. I am eager to get this corrected soon! Betty
