I Have Had A Fever For 13 Days. Fever Occurs

I have had a fever for 13 days. Fever occurs late in the evening. associated with headache at base of neck. Tylenol and mortin help. Blood work, blood cultures, chest xray negative. I started antibiotic Monday and still not relief. Primary doctor says wait until Monday. Any suggestions?
