I Have Had A Hiatal Hernia In The Past Years

I have had a hiatal hernia in the past years and recently have been under a great deal of stress and it has triggered it off. The pain is so bad I have difficulty swallowing for the past 10 days. I have sore throat also the pain radiates in between my breast and vomiting was white bile with excruciating pain like I've never had before. Also very fatigue all the time, and great difficulty sleeping at night. I have been on medicine called...
Alendronate70mg for osteoporosis, and told this might cause heartburn? I don't want to eat because it's so very painful to swallow...it's unbearable. I have an apt. With primary care March 27th,what can I do in the meantime? Please help me I'm in so much pain, almost thought I would call 911 the other night!!!!!!! What do you suggest,HELP!!!
