I Have Had A Lump On My Head The Size

I have had a lump on my head the size of a dime for about a month, it does not hurt unless I keep touching it and is immovable. I have been diagnosed with Folliculitis in the past but I’m not sure if this is what it is. It actually feels like it is connected to the skull.
