I Have Had A Mri And I Have A High

I have had a mri and I have a high grade partial thickness tearing of the ligamentum teres and tendinosis with low grade partial thickness tearing of the distal insertion of the left gluteus minus and medius tendons and small volume of fluid in the trochanteric bursa......I had 3 cortisone shots .... 2 in back facets and one in the hip bursa..... the hip pain on outer aspect of hip is much better .... but the pain persists higher by the hip trochanter area..... also I feel I may have a SI joint dysfunction.....I have had issues with my back and hip for 4 years but worse in the last 5 months..... I am a canadate for surgery... or do I seek lesser avenues like laser,,chiropractor etc....the pain between my back and hip is absolutely jolting and painful.... when the bouts happens it is unexpected and lasts seconds (feels like 2 bones rubbing together and a jolt of lightening)..... I always have pain from mild to severe throughout the day.
