I Have Had A Pain On My Left Side Of

I have had a pain on my left side of my navel for at least 2 months. I have been to my primary and digestive medicine. I have had a cat scan done. It was fine. They both say I am constipated but I have been moving my bowels. They say you can be moving my bowels and be constipated. So I take medicine for that but it still hurts. I take Benefiber, 1/2 capful of miralax. I am not sure I should be taking miralax every day like that. Forgot the cat scan did show a very small hernia on left side of navel but said to small to cause any trouble. Any advise would be appreciated.
