I Have Had A Rash For About Two Plus Years

I have had a rash for about two plus years now that was just on my elbows. Recently it has developed on my legs and is very itchy and looks like bug bites in a way and sometimes it's on my chest. I had a biopsy and was positive for lupus so I was sent for blood work that came back and everything was normal. Nothing was attacking my organs. I'm going back to discuss a treatment for my rash that is still occurring. It mostly comes when I am very stressed and I do have anxiety very badly. I'm terrified and would like to have an idea of how a biopsy can be positive but my blood test negative. I don't have ulcers, joint pain, or hair loss. The only thing that was close was my rash. Please help.
