I Have Had A Severe Sinus Infection For More Than

I have had a severe sinus infection for more than 2 months now, after 2 courses of antibiotics, I finally went to an ENT. He prescribed Fiorocet, Clindamycin (300 mg/4 times per day) , Dymista (50 mcg times/ 3-4 per day) plus the use of a Netipot. The combination has caused severe joint pain in my lower back, knees (I already have 3 herniations and very bad knees) and in my knuckles and fingers so severely, that I can hardly move my fingers (especially both ring fingers) or close my hands into a fist. (2 knuckles on my right hand are slightly purple and hurt just as bad as when I had broken a single knuckle and finger years ago). My ring finger on my left hand is so unevenly swollen, that I cannot remove my normally loose wedding ring. The strangest part to me, is that I have difficulty getting most antibiotics to work for me, so the Clindamycin is what I am generally prescribed when necissary, Fiorcet is what I have taken in the past for migraines, the only thing new or out of the ordinary is the Dymista and Netipot use. However, I find the side effects to be puzzling, especially since this is only the end of day # 2. Please advise.
