I Have Had A Small But Stubborn Stye On My

I have had a small but stubborn stye on my lower eyelid for 3+ weeks. It has not worsened, but also not improved. I have used hot compresses and massaged the area. It does not seem soft or fluid filled. More like there is a solid round "pearl" in it. Is this something other than a stye?
