I have had a swollen abdomen for nearly a year, on my right side. It has its good days and bad. I had some tests done and they said my liver enzymes were elevated. I was supposed to get an ultrasound but never did. My side still swells constantly and makes work hard. I assume I have a fatty liver and was wondering if there is a way to reduce the swelling because the liver will take so long to heal.
