I Have Had An Ear Infection, Was On Ear Drop

I have had an ear infection, was on ear drop antibiotics for 7 days. My ear has been plugged, is still pugged but now pops or crackles sometimes. Is that normal Does it mean it is healing. I also had bouts of vertigo and dizziness and still experience it from time to time. I was using Ofxacin Otic solution for 7 days. My last dose was Friday evening.
