I Have Had Bilevel Fusion At C5/C6 And C6/C7. I

I have had bilevel fusion at C5/C6 and C6/C7. I now have had 2 cervical steroid injections in a 6 month period. My pain level in the mornings are 3-4 and by evening is back up to 8-10. What is next? The injections have not come close to helping. I have been told surgery is not recommended for bone spurs at the site of my original surgery. Is surgery really not an option?
