I Have Had Chronic Diarrhea Since Nov. I Also Have

I have had chronic diarrhea since nov. I also have nausea and fatigue. I have had a colonoscopy and there was no answer why. The only thing they found was salmonella and shagalla in my stool. They treated that but still no well. Is there something that could explain my symptoms?
