I have had continuously heart arrhythmia s the past 5 hours should i go to the hospital ?

Yes you should go and get consultation. Arrythmias should not be left untreated. It does have certain complications in the future if left unchecked. Do a regular follow up for the condtion depending upon the cardiologist's advice.
