Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had ear and tooth pain for several weeks. Primary care doctor said otitis externa and prescribed ear drops; ENT said not an ear infection and to see the dentist; dentist said nothing wrong with the tooth; all said TMJ possible. I've been using hot compresses several times a day and avoiding hard crunchy foods. I've just noticed a tender spot above the ache-y tooth, in the hard palate, which made me think of the sinuses. In researching, I found the question and answer below. But I have the same question! Any ideas?
