I Have Had Frequent What The General Doctor Is Calling

I have had frequent what the general doctor is calling a sinus infection. I've had a swollen lymph node about the size of a quarter on the left side of my neck. My nose continues to fun with clear drainage. I've had three rounds of antibiotics over the last 3 months. I think I've experienced some low temperatures. Other symptoms includes general aches and pains. i've also had fatigue and dizziness. The dizziness occurs when bending over. Should I be concerned about the lymph node? I take flonase two times a day two sprays each side. I also take zyrtec over the counter.
