I have had lower back discomfort for a while and when I bend over I forward it take the pain away. I have now pain really low in the bottom of my stomach. I have a cold and it seems to be worse. It's like all my insides are cold right at the bottom of my stomach and my back and it only really goes away whilst I am lying down. I can handle the cold symptoms but what is this pain lying right at the bottom of my stomach and my lower back. Please help me.
