I have had moderate to sever vaginal burning every day for almost a year now. I have been tested numerous times for std's and infections. Have tested positive twice for yeast then treated and 2wks later tested negative for infection. Std test cam e back negative all times. Have tried 2 types of estrogen creams ,no help and one I was allergic to. Have had an endometrial ablation in 2016 for abnormal periods(also had tubal ligation) Now back on birth control and periods are non stop it seems. Have tried every lubrication under the sun, no help. Have tried metronidazole gel and pills and dioxyclin2wks several courses of flucanozole. This is ruining my quality of life as well as a tremendous strain on my marriage. I am 44 have had two kids I have type 2 diabetes but have had my numbers and medication checked. They are good. Have also been taking prebiotics and probiotics specifically formulated for vaginal flora health. I have seen 3 obgyns and don't know what else to do. I need help and answers. The latest was to be put on a higher dose of birth control to regulate my periods but still no help for the constant burning. Tissue looks and feels swollen to me but obgyn says looks normal?
