I have had my exo skeletal leg boot removed 3 days ago
12 weeks on since distal fibular +pilon fracture to right ankle
I have been told to wear shoes/trainers and walk as much as I can within my own pain tolerance threshold
Have managed walking ok and can walk with one crutch But oh the swelling of the ankle with a hot burning sensation is worrying me
Is this normal
