I have had pain crossing my leg across my right for a few months now. I also had a pudendal nerve decompression surgery in 2012 of my right PN. I mention this because I thought the leg crossing may be related. My dr ordered a MRI which showed a notch out of the top of my femur and a very large cist growing on my acetabulum. I have a consult with an ortho. What should I expect? Surgery?

I have a dull sensation with every "back"step.
I do not take pain meds.
Sometimes in certain positions my joint pops. This is sometimes painful.
If I force my leg across the straight plane toward the other leg, pain is like a 6-7.
