I have had pain on and off on the inside part of my left knee now for a few years. I workout 3 to 4 times a week and after a long cardio session on the elliptical the pain can increase. Ice and rest seem to make it better. I don't want to stop my cardio workouts so any suggestions. The pain is dull and the strength is diminished.
