I Have Had Red Itchy Pimples On ONLY My Hips

I have had red itchy pimples on ONLY my hips for months. It comes and goes. Sometimes both sides, sometimes only one side. Been to Doctor a few times with no answers. No I don't have bed bugs or any kind of bug in my bed or house. I have tried using oils with no results as well as alovara. Could it be some sort of allergy to a certain food?. I have tried allergy medication and it doesn't make a difference. Help
