I have had red spots on my tongue for about three weeks if not longer. Both of my tonsils are swollen but the left is worse being that one of the bumps is very swollen. Orange spots are on the very back of my throat and there is some white stuff on the left back throat as well. I have not had a fever but am in pain. I went to urgent care a week ago and was given a zpack because she said my ears were infected. The last pill was taken friday and my symptoms are unchanged. I am scared I may have a viral disease. I did have unprotected oral back in september.
